The Current is an independent, student-run political opinion journal at NSU University School. We believe the best ideas come from people who are willing to question their assumptions and have the bravery to listen to one another.

Our pages are a space for thoughtful arguments and fresh perspectives, that require a little intellectual courage. We welcome writing across the political spectrum that is grounded in evidence and expressed with respect. The works published on The Current reflect the opinions of author and not that of The Current or NSU University School.
